When you are eligible for a refund

We will issue a refund only in the following genuine cases:

  • Duplicate payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
  • Technical access issue: You are unable to access the product due to a verifiable technical problem on our side, and we are unable to resolve it for you.

When refunds are not provided

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to apply discount codes after the order has been completed.

Refund processing time
